DIGITUS® or ASSMANN?
You will find drivers and downloads related to DIGITUS® products (DA-, DC-, DS-, DN-) in the languages available on our DIGITUS® homepage. Please use the magnifying glass in the upper right corner in order to search for drivers.
In cases you cannot find drivers there or if you encounter download problems the ASSMANN web shop will often help you. You can get information concerning products of the ASSMANN Electronic GmbH (A-, AB-, AK-) by using the web shop of the following web page: www.ASSMANN.com
Product pages and downloads
There you can enter the part number of your product (incl. the dash!). Thus, e.g. if you are looking for our product DA-70123, please enter the first characters of the part number. Then you will be able to choose from a range of products. (In cases of DC-... products it might be necessary to enter DS-... instead of DC-, for these products are identical.)
As soon as you will have found the product you were looking for please select this item. Then, together with the product description, you will find a link to download the driver (if a driver is available).
FTP Server to download drivers
DIGITUS® offers a FTP-Server, where all common drivers can be downloaded. These drivers are also linked on the product pages.
Archives allowing you to gather information on our legacy products
If you cannot find the product you are searching for initially, it is possible that the product has not been distributed actively by our company for more than two years. As a consequence, you might find it in the archives.
There you can also search for it in the way it was mentioned above. Yet, products in the archives are not listed in a dropdown menu. This means you have to enter the full part number and it is necessary to conclude and confirm a new search by pressing the enter key.
Archived products always feature the latest drivers. New versions of archived products will not be released, their product development was stopped. Chipset manufacturers make drivers available only for a limited number of products, e.g. WirelessLAN adapters.
In this case you should look up the product on our Wiki web site. Usually at this place you will always find a hyperlink to the web site of the manufacturer of the chipset.
Drivers in the Wiki
Sometimes you can download drivers directly from the web sites of the manufacturer of the respective chipset.
That is why you can search for the product on the Wiki pages. In cases of most of these devices we directly offer a link to the respective chipset manufacturer with information related to the product.
Additional information
In many cases it is not necessary to download a separate driver, for product drivers are often included in the operating system.
This often applies to PCI cards and USB devices.
Yet, if a driver is crucial in order to operate a device and if this driver is not available as a downloadable file on the product page or in the archives you should contact the DIGITUS® support team by sending an email to us.
